Official opening. Keystone announced Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., with Schoolmarm and Silver Spoon, a hike-to terrain park, and a DJ after the lifts close. Arapahoe Basin is already open. Winter Park and Loveland have no official date.
Keystone announced Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, as opening day, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Vail Resorts announcement names Schoolmarm and Silver Spoon, both greens, plus hike-to terrain park terrain, reached via the River Run Gondola and Montezuma Express. It says a live DJ plays after the lifts close. Summit Daily reports the same day, the same hours, and the same terrain. This page does not print a ticket price. It is not a review of the town.
Arapahoe Basin is already open. Its opening post says it opened Wednesday, Oct. 28, for its 80th season, the first resort in Colorado, with Black Mountain Express from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. serving High Noon. Colorado Ski Country USA notes that opening. Opening day is past, so that one-day page is off this calendar. Thursday's note is A-Basin is open, Keystone is Friday.
Winter Park and Loveland are not on this calendar. Winter Park's hours page still says the resort will open as soon as possible and does not name a day. A third-party projection of Oct. 30 is not an official date. OnTheSnow's projected openings list Nov. 6 for Loveland. Loveland has no official date, so that projection is not an opening on this calendar. The same page projects Nov. 6 for Copper, which already matches Copper's own announced day.
