Vail Mountain · Vail
Vail is scheduled to open Friday, Nov 13, 2026, according to the Vail Resorts 2026/27 opening-day announcement.
Vail Resorts announced Vail is scheduled to open Friday, Nov 13, 2026. This page records that date. It is not a conditions report and not a review of the town.
The same announcement put Keystone at "as soon as possible in October," without a firm opening day, and Breckenridge on Nov 6. It also scheduled Beaver Creek and Crested Butte for Nov 25. Keystone stays off this calendar until a date is actually confirmed. Opening dates are subject to change based on weather and conditions.
