Colorado Ski Country USA lists Sunlight Mountain Resort for Dec. 11, 2026, as an announced date on its projected-opening list. The date is weather-dependent.
Colorado Ski Country USA's Oct. 6, 2026 release puts opening dates under the heading "Projected Opening Dates" and says they are always weather- and conditions-dependent. In that same list it calls these the dates currently announced by member resorts, and it names Sunlight Mountain Resort for Dec. 11, 2026.
This page is that announced date. It is not a snow report and does not include a lift-ticket price. Checked again the evening of Oct. 21, 2026: the release still shows an Oct. 6 publish date and the same Sunlight date.
