The Pretzelry's site lists 728 North Lipan St., Denver, CO 80204. It prints "Soft opening 10/20-23; Grand opening 10/24," and it lists soft-opening hours of 12–5 p.m. for Oct. 20–23. The same page also has a grand-opening section that says "Stay tuned," with a day of giveaways and the full menu still ahead. A limited soft-opening menu on that page names Philly pretzels, pretzel dogs, and pretzel bites.
Westword's Oct. 24, 2026 openings list puts The Pretzelry at 728 N. Lipan St. and says the owner is calling this week's launch a soft opening, with a grand opening as early as next weekend.
