Denver Life's Nov. 1, 2026 story says Soda Club, the East Village plant-based pasta and wine spot and a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, recently opened a second location inside the Ramble Hotel. It names Boulder-raised co-owner Ravi DeRossi, partner and wine director Drew Brady, and executive chef Amira Gharib, and says the restaurant is in the same building as Death & Co. The story says the menu is entirely plant-based. It does not print a street number.
WhatNow's May 4, 2026 story, written before the opening, places Soda Club inside the Ramble Hotel at 1260 25th St. and says it would join Death & Co. in the hotel. That story expected a summer opening. Denver Life is the later report that it is open.
