The hours on that page are Monday–Thursday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., and Sunday closed. The same page says "Now open" and also still prints "Opening soon," plus a line that catering is on offer while finishing touches continue.
Westword's Oct. 19, 2026 story said the restaurant opened over the weekend before that article at 3463 Walnut St., and that nothing on the menu costs more than $20. Axios Denver's Oct. 21 list also includes Risica in RiNo and repeats the $20 ceiling.
