The restaurant's Wheat Ridge page says it is now open at 3625 Crossing Drive, Suite 100, Wheat Ridge, CO 80401, at The Lookout at Clear Creek Crossing, and lists (720) 585-3900. The locations page says it opens 10.15.26, with daily hours 7 AM–7 PM, happy hour 3–5 PM, and lunch from 11 until close.
The Denver Gazette's Oct 12, 2026 story announced a Thursday, Oct 15 opening at the southwest corner of I-70 and Highway 58. It describes HashTAG as the group's first counter-to-table model: order and get a drink at the counter, then full service at the table. The story, citing a release, names Eggs Benedict, chilaquiles, a Big Cast-Iron Cinnamon Roll, biscuits and gravy, and HashTAG Hotcakes. Those are menu items from the coverage, not dishes we ordered.
